Thank you for booking your 1:1 Talent Strategy Session. We are excited to partner with you on this journey and look forward to working with you. You will receive an email from one of our SOAR Team Member outlining the following steps:
  1. The first step to start the Talent Strategy with your team is for you to complete your Behavioral Assessment. You will get an email from a SOAR Nebula team member with an assessment link. It should only take about 5 minutes. You will be asked to give us consent to see your behavioral assessment results. We will show you how to share the behavioral assessment link with your team after you give us consent.
  2. The second step is to schedule your Exploring Needs session. You can schedule your Exploring Needs session now by clicking here. You will be reminded to do this in the email from our SOAR Team Member.
  3. You will go through your exploring needs session with the Facilitator. In the session, you will discuss your goals and will finalize the list of team members that will take the Behavioral Assessment. You will have an Employee Import File that will include Email Address, First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. 
  4. We will go through your 1:1 Talent Strategy session. Here you will discover your leadership style, your team's work style and the work to be done by your team using talent optimization.
Please finish steps 1 and 2 as soon as possible. We will schedule 1:1 Talent Strategy session when we talk in your Exploring Needs session.
